RIP Justin Bieber’s Instagram; The Singer Has Gone Silent (For Now)

Well, Selena Gomez may not have “killed him with kindness,” but it certainly seems like she had a hand in the death of his Instagram account — because Bieber has gone radio silent on the photo and video sharing app, and it kinda seems like she thinks she’s the one to blame.

To recap: Bieber flooded Instagram with shots of his rumored new girlfriend, model Sofia Richie, over the weekend, and was surprised to see that his Beliebers were not feeling his loved up posts. He then threatened to leave the site due to the “mean” commentary.

Somewhat inexplicably, his ex-girlfriend Gomez inserted herself into the line of fire, and the two engaged in a fight in the comments section, proving how off-the-rails things can go when celebrities take their social media accounts into their own hands.

The fight featured all the usual suspects: cheating accusations! attention-whoring! finger-pointing! All without ever actually naming anyone by name.

Impressive, or totally pathetic? I’ll let you be the judge of that.

Things seemed relatively quiet in former teen pop star land for nearly twenty four hours… that is, until Bieber made good on his word and actually did leave the site last night, at least for now.

He didn’t quit social media altogether, though — he’s still on Facebook and Twitter, but it seems like he’s sick of that “same old love,” too. For now.

Fans captured screenshots of his deleted account page, and while he hasn’t commented directly, it seems pretty obvious that all the negative attention was too much for him… for now.

If you’re like me, your knowledge of sports is lacking, and you’re tuning into the 2016 Olympics solely to play pretend-judge while you’re sitting sans pants and sans dignity on the couch, snacking on M&Ms while you watch in awe of the athletic prowess of your fellow Americans.

I’m not judging. This is America, and what makes us so great as a nation is that there are 19-year-olds like Simone Biles breaking records, winning gold medals, and all around kicking a**, and there are those of us who get winded walking up three flights of stairs. It’s all about balance, people.

That said, it’s pretty hard to deny the immense level of eye candy among the U.S. female athletes in the games this year, bringing the heat to the already-scorching Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro, and it’s fully okay to admire both their diverse athletic abilities and how adorable they are.

There’s no shortage of stunning ladies in Rio, but what’s even better is how flawlessly they’re crushing every sport from table tennis to taekwondo. Here are the hottest female Olympic athletes from the great United States, in all their hard-bodied glory. There’s no particular order here — these women are all gorgeous in their own right.

We’ve Got The First Look At Rob Kardashian’s New Reality Show, And It’s Got Plenty Of Yelling And Fighting

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are arguably the greatest love story of our time. (If Romeo and Juliet lived in an age of Snapchat, they’d be giving Rob and Chyna a run for their money in the romance department.) Despite everything stacked against them (and there’s plenty), the only Kardashian to ever shun a spotlight has found love in a hopeless place (that place being Kardashian HQ, Calabasas, California) with his future baby mama (who just so happens to also be the baby mama of his half-sister’s on-again/off-again boyfriend), and they’re taking their epic romance to reality TV…as you do.

Things between the sock entrepreneur and his fiancée/soon-to-be baby mama have escalated quickly. In fact, the two have only been dating publicly since late January, but by summer, they were engaged and expecting their first child.

Since nothing in the Kardashian family comes without a big heaping dose of drama tailor-made for E!’s cameras, they also signed on to film their own reality series, called Rob & Chyna, which is slated to debut on September 11, I guess because the world hasn’t already been through enough on that day.

According to TMZ, the two lovebirds “squabble, scream and yell at each other, and that’s the core of their upcoming reality show.”

Anonymous production sources say they fight about everything from “Rob’s diet to social media and lots in between, including money and fame,” adding, “very little is not filmed … we’re told cameras are rolling for up to 13 hours a day, 5 days a week. The tension has become increasingly exacerbated by Chyna’s pregnancy.”

Justin Bieber’s Instagram Tantrum Might Make Him Go ‘Private’ For The First Time Ever

Stop me if you’ve heard this before… Justin Bieber, who was, once upon a time, one of the most adored pop stars in all the land, celebrated by millions of Beliebers across the globe, has lashed out at fans on Instagram after going public with his new lady love on social media.

Bieber threatened the absolute worst thing a public figure in 2016 could do — yes, he threatened to “go private” on the site, leaving his remaining Beliebers to coil in complete shock, horror, and fear.

Just kidding, of course, but this is merely the latest saga in the Biebs’ many pathetic attempts to shun the omnipresent, white-hot spotlight always on him.

Bieber is no stranger to controversy. In fact, he’s pretty much the latest in a long line of teen stars who ended up becoming way more famous for their antics than their art, but he somehow can’t seem to avoid it altogether, and this latest drama is no exception.

Whether he’s posting photos with registered sex offenders or proclaiming that he isn’t going to take photos with fans at all, ever again, it seems that Bieber’s relationship with social media is as unsteady as his relationship with walking in a straight line, and things aren’t going very well now.

For background, Bieber posted a series of photos to his Instagram with rumored new girlfriend Sofia Richie. (Yep, that’s the 17-year-old daughter of Lionel Richie, and younger sister to Nicole Richie.) This was enough to send Beliebers into a tailspin, and they posted some pretty harsh comments about Bieber and Richie.

Here’s Video Evidence That Beyoncé Is A Queen In Every Country

Beyoncé is a pretty incredible live performer. She’s especially adored by the hundreds of thousands of fans currently enjoying her Formation World Tour shows in cities around the globe from Baltimore to Barcelona. Instead of sticking to the same old same old, Bey recently decided to give her Spanish fans in Barcelona a very special treat — she sang a version of her breakup anthem “Irreplaceable” en Español and it was, obviously, flawless.

Called “Irreemplazable,” the 2007 hit from her B’Day album somehow sounded even more perfect in Spanish, and the reported record-setting 46,000 fans at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys on the last stop of her European tour were lucky enough to hear Bey in their home language for one song.

One fan account captured the moment and shared it to social media, because if Beyoncé sings in Spanish and no one records it, did Beyoncé really sing in Spanish?

All jokes aside, she killed it, and fans were totally excited to hear the revamped classic. How do you say “to the left, to the left” in Spanish?

Beyoncé had previously whipped out the Spanish version of “Irreplaceable” for her fans in Barcelona in 2014 during her On the Run joint tour with husband Jay Z, and she even has a music video version of the song in Spanish, which currently holds more than 14.5 million views on YouTube.

Creo que es simplemente el poder de Bey. She’s an international treasure.
